I called Ayanna for help in finding a rental home for me and my family and she had a home sent to us that was perfect within a few hours. She reached out several times to make sure I had everything I needed and walked me through the process. Could not recommend her enough!

Ayanna was amazing, accommodating, punctual, consistent and responsive. She made the home hunting experience easy and fun! Asked valid questions and kept my wants and needs at the forefront of anything we did. We visited many homes, and when I found the one she was all over it!! Honestly the success we had landing our home had to with her perseverance and due diligence. She line up inspections, made countless accommodations and was just a true delight to work with. I would use her a hundred times over if I could. When we move again, if she’s still in the desert she will be my agent again!!

Ayanna did an excellent job helping us find and purchase the perfect home for our family. We will continue to utilize her services for all of our future purchases.

Ayanna Hawkins is an amazing realtor! A true All-Star!! We had very specific needs and wants, in a very specific area, at a very specific price point, and she delivered!! It was quite the journey, yet Ayanna remained patient, encouraging and very professional and helpful throughout the process, going above and beyond to get us our home. Ayanna is so friendly and helpful! We were in a pinch to find a new house quick and without much time flexibility on our part, she made herself available the day before Thanksgiving to show us around and find the perfect home. Ayanna was referred to us and I'm thankful she was! We moved to Arizona from out of state. My husband and I decided on an area 100 miles from her home base. Ayanna personally went to show us multiple homes in the area. Her quality and attention to detail is top notch! Ayanna's customer service is on point! We never had issues connecting (even with 3 hour time difference). This was our 1st experience in purchasing a home utilizing a realtor and we won't be using or referring any other! 03/18/2020 I posted on a FB group that I was looking to purchase a home. Ayanna saw it and reached out. 11/04/2022 We closed out on our first home and she also helped my in-laws close out on their latest home. During the entire time, Ayanna kept in touch and when needed toured houses with us, made calls, worked with the bank/owners to help lower the cost. She's always a text or phone call away. She's PATIENT and a hard worker at finding just what we need and requested. To list the ways she has been a blessing to us would require too many characters. So THANK YOU Ayanna and everyone reading this, if you're looking for a home to rent/buy, she's your GO TO.

Mrs. Hawkins represented me in the purchase of a new home. Although the home is new, she encouraged me to get an inspection and I followed-through. The inspection revealed a number of repairs necessary prior to closing. During the walk-through, Mrs. Hawkins paid great attention to details, she asked questions that I had not thought of and she pointed out several aesthetic issues that were not mentioned in the inspection report. Mrs Hawkins is very professional first off the bat. She is knowledgeable in her field. She is accommodated on wherever you want to look for a property or home. She is always here to assist you with whatever you need day or night. She covers all the Valley wherever you choose to live. I have recommended her to coworkers and friends as well . HIGLY RECOMMEND! When it’s your First time buying a home and the process can be overwhelming. From trying to contact realtors ,searching from homes and looking for deals is exhausting. I had worked with someone who recommend me to Ayanna. I’m glad they introduced me to her because without her I probably wouldn’t have my home. She makes the process easy by doing the work for you. She is really helpful! I don’t do reviews often if not at all but I have to for this experience. Ayanna is the BEST! Within 24 hours of meeting her in person she found us the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. We have been looking for our forever home for over a year, within just a few minutes of telling her what we were looking for and BAM she NAILED it! We toured the home and signed our contract right away (again within 24 hours of meeting her). When we caught a snag in our loan approval with the builder she was able to find us someone who also creates miracles and we were able to close on our home in a few weeks.
